Do you communicate as HL Pro Tools or as my agency?
We act as part of your team and keep everything completely branded to your agency. We can receive emails from your branded address and to ensure deliverability we use a generic email for sending out (helpdeskteam.com). Your clients will be raving about how fast and helpful your support team is, while you save 10+ hours doing HighLevel support.
How long does it take to get set up?
Setting up HL Pro Tools will take less than 15 minutes, and we will be there to support you every step of the way.
How do I get access?
After you finish your order you'll receive an email with immediate access to our Membership Area. There, you'll find all of your resources and bonuses. If you don't receive an email, please reach out to us at [email protected].
What else do I get access to?

What happens when my customers have questions about something outside of HighLevel?
Our goal is to take as much off of your plate as possible. We keep a unique doc for each agency so that if special circumstances arrive we can deliver the right answers to your folks as fast as possible. If something comes up where we don’t have the answer, we let them know that we’ll expedite it to the correct team member. Let’s say they ask, “What’s going on with my Facebook ads?” We’ll respond, “I’m only on the tech support team but I can pass this along to our ads team and someone will get back to you ASAP via email or phone. Would that be alright?”
I have a super robust and custom snapshot. Can you support my users?
Absolutely. We’ve supported over 1000 agencies so we consider ourselves experts with HighLevel. It doesn’t take us long to understand what you have running in your account and we keep unique FAQs and procedures for each agency to make sure we deliver the highest level support in the fastest possible way.
What tier or highLevel plan do I have to be on ?
We work with any tier or plan from HighLevel. You don't need their $497 plan or SaaS mode to take advantage of most of our stuff.
