Our team is supporting your users 24 hours a day responding to your tickets — with an average response time of 3.5 hours. We work in PST, MST, CST, EST and Australia (GMT+10) time zones.
Do you communicate as HL Pro Tools or as my agency?
We act as part of your team and keep everything completely white labeled and branded to your agency. We can receive emails from your branded address and to ensure deliverability we use a generic email for sending out (helpdeskteam.com). Your clients will be raving about how fast and helpful your support team is, while you spend 0 hours learning Highlevel or doing Highlevel support.

Let’s say they ask, “What’s going on with my Facebook ads?” We’ll respond “I’m only on the tech support team but I can pass this along to our ads team and someone will get back to you ASAP via email or phone. Would that be alright?”
